Common questions
Is there a fee to apply?
Applying online and having your documents assessed costs nothing. Any fees and terms are set out in the agreement you sign, and we go through them with you before you sign.
How long does it take?
It depends on how complete your file is. Once the documents are in and we've met, it goes to review — and your own page updates at every stage.
Can I apply if I already have other loans?
You can apply. We look at your income and existing commitments to judge what you can realistically repay — being upfront helps you, and hidden commitments show up in the statements anyway.
Can I stop halfway and come back?
Yes. After submitting you get your own link — save it and come back any time to add documents or check progress. If you lose it, you can recover it with your IC and phone number.
Can I come to the office instead?
You're welcome to. Call ahead so we can make sure someone is there to receive you. The address is below.
